Due to spam only customers and authorized users can request for an account. To request an account please contact us or create one independently during checkout.
If you would like to remove your account from our system simply contact us by providing your email address. We will send you an email to verify your request within 2 business days and after your respond we will remove your account from the system.
If you forgot your account password click on forgot my password on login to my account page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
In every page of the website, in the footer area there is a sign up option to receive discount coupons.
If you wish no longer be in our email list there is "Unsubscribe" option on every promotional email we send to your inbox.
Yes, you can make payments through PayPal (Note* You don't have to have a PayPal account in order to make purchases)

No, we do only domestic shipping.
Usually refund process takes 1-5 business days to appear in your bank statement (depending on your bank). If you still don't see your refund contact your bank.
It takes 1-3 business days to get your order delivered to you.
